a59f57d504 Use config files to store whether SDMC is enabled or not 
Before, it used to use whether the directory actually existed. As a result, .citra-emu/sdmc was never auto-created (something quite confusing to me until I read through the logs).

fec7f6b035 Rename GPU::Regs::FramebufferFormat to PixelFormat 
This name better represents what the enum does, and is less overloaded
in the context. (The whole register the enum is part of is also called
'format'.)

0be5c03176 FileSys: split the constructor into an Open method, in order to notify the opener something went wrong. 
Kernel: Return an invalid handle to OpenFile when it failed to open.

4ed24a0619 loader.cpp: improved file extension checking, made Upper/LowerStr useful 
Instead of forcibly taking the last 4 characters, it now finds the last extension separator (the period) and takes a substr of its location.
