4f41646000 Multiple fixes on composer highlighting 
- Hide scrollbar for the faux highlight div
- Use unicode-aware split for highlighting exceeded characters
- Disable highlight of mentions, hashtags, etc if exceeded max characters
- Sync scroll as often as possible
